Birthday Party Pricing: (On-Site Party Packages)
Venue Rental up to 3hrs: $500.00 Each Additional Hour: $50.00 Includes up to 10 children and 25 adults Each additional child is $15 and we can accaccommodate up to 20 children (May arrive 30min before party to decorate)
Pay a $100 non-refundable deposit (will be applied to the party total), however you may reschedule your party in the event of severe weather. Please call at least 72 hours in advance if you are concerned about the weather. If your party must be rescheduled due to weather, you are given an 18-month period to schedule your new party. Rescheduling for any other reason requires a minimum 2-week notice, with no guarantees that a suitable reschedule date will be available.
Included in Venue Rental:- Porta Potty Restroom- Use of Barns/Sitting Area for your decorations of choice- Fire pit- Use of roping dummy & lariats - Horseshoe Pit/Corn hole - Axe throwing (child safe)- Horse Rides (Children Only) (Helmets & liability waivers required for riders: no exceptions)
Decorations must be pre-approved.* No nails, tacks or screws * You may arrive 30 minutes in advance to setup/decorate; party area must be vacated no later than 15 minutes past party completion time
